Huon mushroom arancini balls, with dill and Dijon aioli
Entrees:
Queensland tiger prawn with crisp salad & tangy seafood dressing
Mains:
Prosciutto wrapped chicken breast with potato and thyme gratin
caramelised leek and pan jus
OR
Honey and soy Atlantic salmon with warm salad of blue swimmer crab and kipfler potato and buttered asparagus
Desserts:
Raspberry and callebaut tart with pure cream and vanilla bean ice cream
